Cotillion

A cotillion is a traditional European dance that made its way to Ireland and England from France in the early 19th century. In this arrangement for string orchestra, students within each section will experience both the harmony and melody of a playful Irish cotillion, providing an opportunity to practice arpeggios and low second fingers (C).
